Cancellation Policy

Our Overnight Boarding Service provides a safe, comfortable, and supervised environment for dogs who stay in our home while you’re away. Because every pet’s needs are unique, we keep boarding small-scale and personalized, ensuring each guest receives loving care and attention. ✅ Service Inclusions Overnight stay in a calm, home environment Morning & evening walks included Feeding, water refresh, and potty breaks Playtime, cuddle time, and enrichment activities Daily text/photo updates for peace of mind 🕒 Scheduling & Availability Boarding is available by request only and not guaranteed. Space is extremely limited to maintain a low-stress, personalized experience. A meet & greet is required before any first-time boarding stay. Reservations should be made at least 2 weeks in advance whenever possible. 🐶 Pet Requirements Dogs must be house-trained and comfortable in a home setting. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations (rabies, bordetella, distemper/parvo). Dogs must be non-aggressive and safe around people (and other animals, if applicable). Pets with severe anxiety, aggression, or complex medical needs may be better suited for our Concierge In-Home Care service. 💳 Payments & Cancellations A 50% deposit is required at booking; balance due at drop-off. Cancellations made with 72 hours’ notice will receive a credit toward future services. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Holiday boarding is subject to a $15/day surcharge. 🏠 Pet Comfort & Safety Owners should provide pet food, medication, and any comfort items (bed, blanket, favorite toy). Pets will never be left unattended for more than 4 hours at a time. Boarding is kept small-scale to ensure quality and calm care — no crowded kennels. ✨ Note: Because Overnight Boarding is selective and space is limited, priority is given to existing clients and referrals.
