🏠 Initial In-Home Meet & Greet Policy Our Initial Meet & Greet is an essential first step in building a safe, trusting, and successful relationship with you and your pet. This visit allows us to get to know your pet in their home environment, review care routines, and ensure we’re the right fit before booking ongoing services. ✅ Purpose of the Meet & Greet The meet & greet is designed to: Introduce you and your pet to your assigned caregiver Observe your pet’s behavior and comfort level in their home Review feeding schedules, walking routines, and house rules Discuss health needs, medications, and emergency protocols Go over home access, security, and care expectations Confirm service compatibility before scheduling future bookings 🕒 Scheduling & Availability Meet & greets are required for all new clients prior to the first service. Visits are scheduled by appointment only and based on availability. We recommend scheduling the meet & greet at least 1–2 weeks before your desired service start date. The meet & greet typically lasts 30–45 minutes. 🐶 Pet & Home Requirements All pets must be safely secured upon our arrival (leashed, gated, or crated if necessary). Dogs must be non-aggressive and safe to handle. Pets with severe aggression or unsafe behaviors may not be accepted for services. Clients must disclose any bite history, anxiety concerns, or medical conditions in advance. A calm, respectful environment is expected during the visit. 💳 Fees & Cancellations The initial meet & greet fee is non-refundable. Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours’ notice. Missed or same-day canceled meet & greets may forfeit the fee. Completion of a meet & greet does not guarantee service acceptance, as safety and compatibility must be confirmed. 📝 Important Notes The meet & greet is not a trial service or free care visit. No pets will be left unsupervised or taken off-property during the meet & greet. We reserve the right to decline services if we feel the arrangement is not a safe or appropriate fit. Priority scheduling is given to clients who have completed a meet & greet and existing clients. ✨ Note: Our goal is to provide safe, reliable, and personalized care. The meet & greet ensures peace of mind for both you and your pet—and helps us deliver the highest level of service possible.
