Service Description
Our In-Home Dog Boarding service provides pets with a warm, family environment instead of a noisy kennel. Your dog will stay in our home, receiving round-the-clock attention, companionship, and care while you’re away. This option is perfect for social, house-trained pets who enjoy being part of a home setting. ✅ What’s Included Comfortable overnight accommodations in a loving home Morning and evening walks Feeding, water refresh, and daily potty breaks Playtime, cuddles, and enrichment activities Daily text/photo updates so you can relax knowing your pet is happy 🕒 Scheduling & Requirements Boarding is offered on a case-by-case basis with limited availability. A meet & greet is required before your pet’s first stay to ensure a safe fit. Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance to guarantee space. 🐶 Pet Requirements Must be house-trained and comfortable in a home setting. Up-to-date on vaccinations and free of contagious conditions. Well-socialized and non-aggressive toward people and other pets. Pets with high anxiety or special needs may be better suited to our Concierge In-Home Care service. 💳 Payments & Cancellations A 50% deposit is due at booking, with balance due at drop-off. Cancellations with 72 hours’ notice receive a credit toward future services. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. ✨ Note: We only board a small number of pets at a time to ensure personalized attention and a calm environment. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
Cancellation Policy
Our Overnight Boarding Service provides a safe, comfortable, and supervised environment for dogs who stay in our home while you’re away. Because every pet’s needs are unique, we keep boarding small-scale and personalized, ensuring each guest receives loving care and attention. ✅ Service Inclusions Overnight stay in a calm, home environment Morning & evening walks included Feeding, water refresh, and potty breaks Playtime, cuddle time, and enrichment activities Daily text/photo updates for peace of mind 🕒 Scheduling & Availability Boarding is available by request only and not guaranteed. Space is extremely limited to maintain a low-stress, personalized experience. A meet & greet is required before any first-time boarding stay. Reservations should be made at least 2 weeks in advance whenever possible. 🐶 Pet Requirements Dogs must be house-trained and comfortable in a home setting. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations (rabies, bordetella, distemper/parvo). Dogs must be non-aggressive and safe around people (and other animals, if applicable). Pets with severe anxiety, aggression, or complex medical needs may be better suited for our Concierge In-Home Care service. 💳 Payments & Cancellations A 50% deposit is required at booking; balance due at drop-off. Cancellations made with 72 hours’ notice will receive a credit toward future services. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Holiday boarding is subject to a $15/day surcharge. 🏠 Pet Comfort & Safety Owners should provide pet food, medication, and any comfort items (bed, blanket, favorite toy). Pets will never be left unattended for more than 4 hours at a time. Boarding is kept small-scale to ensure quality and calm care — no crowded kennels. ✨ Note: Because Overnight Boarding is selective and space is limited, priority is given to existing clients and referrals.
