Our Weekly Poop Scoop Service is the easiest way to maintain a healthy outdoor space for your pets, family, and guests without lifting a finger. How It Works Frequency: We visit your property once a week on your scheduled day. No Need to Be Home: You don’t need to be there but we do ask that you leave pets inside during the estimated timeframe — we just need access to your yard. Professional Equipment: We bring all our own tools and waste bags to keep things sanitary and eco-friendly. Trash Disposal: Waste is double-bagged and placed in your on-site trash can at no extra cost. Don’t have a trash can available? We can haul it away for an additional disposal fee. Pricing Weekly Service Rates 1 Dog – $20/week 2 Dogs – $25/week 3 Dogs – $30/week Additional dogs – +$5/week each One-Time Set-Up Fee: $35 (covers route setup, equipment prep, and initial yard assessment) Optional Add-Ons Large yard surcharge: $5–$10/week (¼ acre+) Twice-weekly visits: Add $8/week One-time deep clean: $60+ (based on yard size and waste level) Off-site waste removal: $5/week Why Choose Us? Cancellation Policy
Service Policy – Trailside Tails Pet Care 1. Service Area We proudly serve Eagle, Star, NW Boise, and neighborhoods along the Greenbelt & Boise River. If you are outside our standard area, additional travel charges may apply. 2. Scheduling & Access Weekly Service: Visits occur on a set day each week. No Need to Be Home: We require access to your yard via gate, lock code, or key at the time of service. Locked Gates: If we cannot access your yard due to a locked gate or obstruction, service will be charged as scheduled. 3. Set-Up Fee A one-time Clean Start Fee of $35 is required for all new clients. This covers: Initial yard assessment Route placement & scheduling Equipment preparation First service setup 4. Pricing & Additional Charges Weekly Rates: 1 Dog: $20/week 2 Dogs: $25/week 3 Dogs: $30/week Additional Dogs: +$5/week each Extra Fees (if applicable): Large Yard (¼ acre+): $5–$10/week Twice-Weekly Service: +$8/week One-Time Deep Clean: $60+ Waste Haul-Away: +$5/week if no trash can is available on site 5. Waste Disposal We provide all tools and supplies. Waste is double-bagged and placed in your designated trash bin at no extra charge. If you prefer we remove the waste from your property, a haul-away fee applies. 6. Weather Policy We work in light rain and snow. In cases of severe weather, service may be rescheduled. Credits are not issued for weather delays unless service is missed entirely. 7. Pet Interaction For safety, dogs should be indoors or safely secured during service. We love pets, but not all are comfortable with strangers. 8. Payment Terms Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due before the first service of each month. We accept credit/debit cards, ACH transfer, and approved online payment services. 9. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation of service requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Refunds are not issued for missed service days due to inaccessible yards or uncommunicated changes. 10. Liability Trailside Tails Pet Care is insured and takes great care to respect your property and pets. We are not liable for damage caused by pets, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
